Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information Serverless Hub (“ServerlessHub”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use serverlesshub.biz, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It covers this marketing website only. If we go on to work together, a separate agreement will govern how we handle data for your project.

Information we collect

When you submit a form

The site has three forms — the free site assessment, the developer project form, and the contact form. When you submit one we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, and, depending on the form, your website or project URL, company name, framework or stack, a repository URL, an expected launch date, and your message. We also record the page you submitted from and the time of submission.

When you browse

We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or cookies. The site stores a single value in your browser’s local storage — your light or dark theme preference — which stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services, through CloudFront) processes standard web server request data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and guard against abuse. All page assets, including fonts, are served from this same infrastructure — the site does not load anything from a third-party CDN.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use form submissions only to read, assess, and respond to your enquiry, and to keep a record of enquiries we have received. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Where it goes

• Form submissions are emailed to our team inbox and stored in a database table hosted on Amazon Web Services (US region).
• Email is sent through Amazon Simple Email Service.
• The website itself is hosted on Amazon S3 and served through Amazon CloudFront.

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Our service providers (above) process it only to provide their service to us. Because these providers operate internationally, your information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails and records for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our business records, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless we still have a reason to keep them (for example, an ongoing discussion or a legal obligation). Submissions our system identifies as spam are discarded.

Your choices

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@serverlesshub.biz and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to or restrict our use of your information, or to complain to a data protection authority.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this notice as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
