Terms
Terms of Use
Last updated 30 August 2026
These terms apply to your use of serverlesshub.biz, operated by Serverless Hub (“ServerlessHub”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
They cover the website only. Any managed hosting or platform service we provide is governed by a separate written service agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that work.
The information on this site
The site describes our services, process, and indicative plans. It is provided for general information. Plan names, prices, inclusions, and timelines shown here are indicative and may change; the details that apply to your project are confirmed in writing before any work begins. We make no guarantee that the site is complete, current, or error-free.
Submitting a form
Submitting the site assessment, developer, or contact form starts a review of whether ServerlessHub is a fit for your needs. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or commit either of us to a migration, a hosting arrangement, a particular architecture, or a specific performance result. See our Privacy Notice for how we handle what you submit.
DNS and service handover
You retain ownership of your domain name, website content, and third-party accounts.
Where ServerlessHub manages DNS on your behalf, we may host the domain’s DNS zone in a ServerlessHub-managed AWS account for the duration of the service. This does not transfer ownership of your domain to ServerlessHub.
If you cancel the service or move to another provider, you must arrange replacement DNS hosting and update your domain’s nameservers with your domain registrar. On written request, ServerlessHub will provide a reasonable export or record of the current DNS configuration to support the handover.
Before we retire a managed DNS zone, you or your new provider must:
- Create replacement DNS hosting;
- Recreate the required DNS records, including website, email, and verification records;
- Update the domain’s nameservers with the domain registrar; and
- Confirm that the replacement DNS, website, HTTPS, and email services are working.
To reduce the risk of interruption, ServerlessHub will not delete the managed DNS zone until the nameserver change has been completed and a reasonable verification period has passed.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your domain registrar, email provider, and third-party services, and for giving accurate handover instructions. ServerlessHub is not responsible for service interruption caused by incomplete DNS records, delayed nameserver changes, expired domains, or instructions supplied by you or your replacement provider.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DNS handover assistance beyond the standard export of records may be charged at our then-current support or project rate.
